This PPP resource activity will equip students with specific vocabulary and knowledge regarding a popular Russian festival Maslenitsa. The students will understand the meaning of the festival and will be able to explain, describe and discuss the tradition.
The PPP consists of 25 slides in total. They are: a reading text with vocabulary in English (slides 1-17), six after reading tasks (slides 18-23) which could be printed out for completion, and answers (slides 24-25).
The resource can be helpful in preparation for the exam and can be used in the classroom or independently. Recommended for Foundation Tier.
