Each letter has an exercise associate to it with a moving image to clearly show the technique of the exercise. Simply provided your students with key words (or they can come up with their own) and then spell the word out by completing the exercise.
You can differentiate the workout based on the number of reps performed per exercise/letter or by the number of keywords you complete.
