14 practical write up sheets aimed at KS3 science lessons - I personally use for my year 7 students. I print them and staple together to create a booklet that they keep with them through the entire year. They can then look back through all the Working Scientifically skills they have gained.
It encompasses a range of sections, including: Aim, Variables, Safety, Hypothesis, Method, Results, Conclusions, Evaluation, Exam Questions, Reasoning, Real-Life application and Skills section.
It helps students to get in to the habit of scientific write ups and also the application of the knowledge they have gained.
I have also used for SEN classes and lower KS4 ability students.
The resource uses thinking tools to help link to pedagogy and fit schools that use the concept.
In an adaptable A4 powerpoint format.
Other write ups are available in my shop.
