A fun, engaging and highly practical lesson, in a series of five, that introduces the basics of sound editing with Audacity. Students get to learn what sound is, how it travels and are introduced to the Audacity interface. They then get to make a radio advert by importing multiple sound files. The audio files are all provided and there are three video tutorials (of me talking and demonstrating) to follow for self-paced learning and students that need support. It is a complete lesson, with an accompanying powerpoint, a fun starter task and a plenary in the powerpoint.
