I ran our staff "Stonewall" group for a couple of years, which was a group of teachers who worked to promote LGBT+ inclusion in the school through assemblies, events, and lessons.
This is a handbook that I made to distribute to all staff at the beginning of the school year and it includes things such as a glossary of terms, Ofsted guidance, how to deal with homophobic/transphobic bullying etc.
