Multiplication facts 0–10 practice with visual supports, equal groups, arrays, repeated addition, and five differentiated levels for Grades 2–5.

I created this resource to help students develop a clear understanding of multiplication facts before moving toward more independent practice. The activities use equal groups, arrays, repeated addition, number lines, skip counting, and equations so students can connect multiplication facts with different visual representations.

What Is Included
  • 137 total US Letter pages
  • 5 differentiated instructional levels
  • 55 fact-family practice pages
  • 7 visual multiplication strategy guides
  • 11 skip counting guides
  • 4 mixed multiplication practice pages
  • 3 error-analysis activities
  • 3 multiplication word problem pages
  • 6 cut-and-paste matching activities
  • 121 multiplication fact cards
  • 7 strategy reminder cards
  • Baseline assessment
  • 2 progress checks
  • Mastery check
  • Teacher progress tracker
  • Student self-assessment and observation pages
  • Complete answer keys
Differentiated Learning

The five levels gradually reduce support. Students begin with full visual multiplication models, learn to interpret and connect representations, use smaller strategy clues, and progress toward solving multiplication facts 0–10 independently.

Classroom Use

Teachers can use this resource for:

  • Whole-class multiplication instruction
  • Small-group maths
  • Maths intervention
  • Special education and resource-room teaching
  • Independent work
  • Review and remediation
  • Progress monitoring
  • Maths centres

I recommend starting with the baseline assessment and choosing the level that best matches each student’s current skills rather than requiring every learner to complete every page.

Recommended For

This resource is suitable for approximately Grades 2–5 and is especially helpful for students who benefit from explicit instruction, repeated multiplication practice, predictable layouts, and visual supports. It can support autistic learners and students with additional learning needs without being limited to one diagnosis.

File Information

The resource is supplied as an editable PowerPoint (.PPTX) in US Letter portrait format. Print student pages at Actual Size or 100%. Strategy guides and fact cards can be printed on cardstock or laminated for repeated classroom use.
