Children could dramatise the rhyme. Add scarves, feathers, crowns and cloaks.
The rhyme starts with one princess and she meets a charming knight and ends with 5 princesses meeting 5 knights.

Children cut out the princesses and the knights, order and match them from 1 to 5.
This activity is a nice addition to your celebrations of the Coronation of King Charles 111.
