A printable visual timetable for the school day with 45 picture cards: register, assembly, phonics, maths, playtime, lunch, PE, home time and more, plus a Change card for the days that don’t go to plan. For autistic and ADHD pupils, SEN classrooms and home-school days.

What you get (10 pages, A4 and US Letter)

  • A My school day board with 8 numbered steps
  • A Morning and afternoon board
  • A Today board: the day, the weather and how I feel
  • 2 Now and Next strips and 2 Finished labels
  • 2 First and Then boards
  • 45 picture cards (52 mm): Monday to Friday, sunny, cloudy, rainy, windy, snowy, change, fire drill, register, assembly, carpet time, phonics, reading, writing, maths, science, topic, computer, PE, music, painting, library, swimming, forest school, playtime, snack, lunch, toilet, wash hands, line up, hands up, choosing time, happy, worried, tired, quiet time, break, ear defenders, help, wait, home time
  • 3 blank cards you can type on before printing
  • A one-page set-up guide with tips

How it works

  • Each morning, put today’s lessons on the board in order. Three or four is plenty to start.
  • Move each card to Finished when it’s done, so the pupil can see how much of the day is left.
  • Use the Change card for trips, fire drills and supply teachers.
  • Print one set for school and one for home, so the day looks the same in both places.

Two editions. UK A4 and US Letter PDFs are both in the download, with UK and US words. Print at 100% on thin card, laminate, cut along the thick blue borders and add hook-and-loop dots. The blank cards are fillable: open the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), type, then print.

Works with the rest of the shop. All our kits use the same 52 mm picture cards, so cards from one kit fit the boards in another.

Please note. An everyday visual planning tool, not a therapy or medical product. For use with your own class under the Tes licence; a school licence is available for sharing across your school. Designed by a dad for his own autistic, ADHD son, with AI tools used to help draw and lay out the artwork; every card is checked by hand.
