In algebra, the polynomial remainder theorem or little Bézout's theorem is an application of Euclidean division of polynomials. It states that the remainder of the division of a polynomial f ( x ) {\displaystyle f(x)} by a linear polynomial x − a {\displaystyle x-a} is equal to f ( a). This resource is suitable for the AS and the A level pupils and is prepared in an easy to understand manner so that the pupils can master the topic with ease and to be able to answer all the related questions with ease and confidence.
