This lesson is for Topic 3.2 Managing Quality for Edexcel GCSE Business. The Lesson covers the key content and address the importance of quality, methods of ensuring quality is managed with a business, namely quality control and quality assurance.
The lesson starter is a simple scenario, which gets students to think hard within the first few minutes, whilst offering them opportunity to discover the topic and key principles of quality via an article from the trading standards website on product recalls.
Activities included the use of Scenario based examples (supported via video business example - see notes page), Paired Discussions, Matching keyterms, Mini Task can be found in Edexcel student revision workbook, with answers at the back and MCQs plenary
