This is the 3rd in a set of unofficial exam papers for the Research Methods Section of the Psychology A level exam.

The stimulus provides information about an experiment that tests the difference in accuracy of recall between anxious and non-anxious participants for neutral events.

  • Testing for significance using a critical table
  • Type 1 error
  • Writing a debrief
  • Design a study (12 marks) (An observation study to provide information and justification for the type of observation, operationalised behavioural categories, time/event sampling, assessment of reliability of data)
