Data: Better, Not More — SLT/Leadership CPD on Reducing Data Workload (Ofsted 2025 Framework)

A complete 60-minute leadership CPD session on cutting data workload and improving decision quality — updated for the November 2025 inspection framework and ready to deliver with zero preparation. Most data CPD tells staff what good looks like.

This session gets your team to audit, argue and decide: which collections change decisions, which waste teacher time, and how AI can support analysis safely. Around half the session is staff activity, not presenter talk.
