Workplace scenario cards Pack 2

A practical and engaging employability resource designed for SEND, Entry Level 3, Level 1 and Supported Internship learners.
This pack includes 16 realistic workplace scenario cards covering more challenging situations learners may face at work, including:

• workplace boundaries and inappropriate behaviour
• reasonable adjustments and asking for support
• coping with change and anxiety at work
• speaking up and reporting concerns
• helping customers
• inclusive customer service
• communication difficulties
• supporting customers with additional needs
• problem solving and professional behaviour

Each scenario asks learners to think about “What would you do?”, encouraging discussion, decision-making and real-life problem solving.
The pack also includes teacher guidance and suggested responses, with discussion questions and key employability skills linked to each scenario.
