Greiner's Growth Model Lesson: AQA Business A Level

Greiner's Growth Model Lesson: AQA Business A Level

Attempt to make teaching Greiner's Growth Model into an active lesson: There is a structured role-play activity which helps students work out the different decisions being made in the business at different stages of growth and also analyse the problems. Then they can come up with the solution. Based around an airline.. They can do this in groups and discuss their similarities in answers and differences this will slowly build up through the stages and crisis points. this then links to some real-life airline problems where they can discuss where they fit on the model (if they do or not) There is a video link explaining the theory and then you can get them to discuss the implications. Before an evaluation question to help them critique the model
