Frayer Model Graphic Organizer (20 Pre-Made Models Included!!)

Frayer Model Graphic Organizer (20 Pre-Made Models Included!!)

This is a modification that I created of the original Frayer Vocabulary Model. It is best used digitally. Though it is in PDF, you can easily use programs such as DocHub to easily make it interactive. My Frayer Model has the following features: 1. Term name 2. Pre-Self Metacognitive Assessment (How well do they think they know the meaning of the term Scale 1-4) 3. The term used in context from the text. (You can change this section to a picture or video with a video link.) 4. Wring the meaning of the term in their own words (Student DOES NOT LOOK UP THE DEFINITION.) 5. Researching a picture or video of how the student sees the meaning of the term (picture and/or video) 6. Synonyms of the term 7. Antonyms of the term 8. Writing how the term is used in the real world (complete sentence) 9. Mid-Self Metacognitive Assessment (How well do they think they know the meaning of the term Scale 1-4) 10. Writing the definition of the term in their own words. 11. Final-Self Metacognitive Assessment (How well do they think they know the meaning of the term Scale 1-4). I have included an example Frayer Model and 20 blank templates for your usage. Enjoy!! Escaped on the Playground game

Escaped on the Playground game

A printable board game adaptable to many different curriculum areas. Cards are available for a variety of different subjects and a template is available to buy so you can make your own for any topic you wish. I have used this game regularly with Year 3 and 4 children. It is easy to understand and easy to differentiate (you can even have children playing in mixed ability groups but by giving them their own sets of cards, they can be accessing appropriate material for their ability).
