This is a blank verb table for grammar exercises in languages lessons, with tenses ranging from present to pluperfect and conditional. Aimed at GCSE and A Level students - but this can be adapted to include less tenses for younger pupils.

This powerpoint is about spring. It has 22 slides. The objective is to help students learn new vocabulary in Italian about spring. First the picture is shown so that students can say the word if they know it. When the teacher clicks, the word appears. In the pdf, there are various resources. The first resource consolidates what the students learned in the powerpoint. Use this resource as a handout or laminate the cards, cut them and the students have to match the pictures to the words. In the second resource, students have to write the word next to the picture shown. In the third resource, students have to write the singular or plural of the words given. The last resource is a composition about spring. Helping words are given to help students write their composition.

Activities Scoot game

There are 36 different student sheets included; each sheet has The picture of a common activity on it. There is a page included for students to record answers on. Students need to give their opinion of the activity (I love to eat ice cream. I hate to work.). After about 30 seconds, the teacher announces Change seats or Scoot in the target language. Students all change seats and write a sentence for the new picture. Good for any language. Activities include: to eat ice cream, to draw, to read, to listen to music, to phone friends, to eat fries, to sing, to surf the Internet, to send an e-mail, to eat chocolate, to sleep, to work, to study, to speak French, to send a text message, to watch TV, to go to the movie theater, to see a movie, to have a picnic, to speak English, to party, to dance, to play cards, to go shopping, to play baseball, to plays sports, to go to the pool, to play soccer, to swim, to play chess, to go to the café, to go out, to chat.
