I am in my 22nd year of teaching and my 11th as a SENDCo. I teach a small group of Y3 and Y4 special needs pupils in a mainstream primary school and coordinate provision across the school. I have 3 children, from 8 to 17 years old. My husband has recently started home educating our 8 year old.
