I am a passionate artist and Art teacher with experience across illustration, animation and Fine Art. Alongside teaching, I continue to develop my own creative practice, which allows me to bring genuine industry knowledge, enthusiasm and creativity into the classroom every day. As a Head of Department, I work hard to create engaging, ambitious and accessible lessons that inspire students of all abilities to feel confident in their creativity. I am particularly passionate about designing a decolonised and inclusive curriculum that reflects a wide range of artists, cultures and perspectives, ensuring that all students can see themselves represented within Art and Design. My resources are designed to be practical, visually engaging and classroom-ready, with a strong focus on creativity, skill-building and student enjoyment. I believe Art education should encourage self-expression, critical thinking and confidence, while making creativity accessible and exciting for every learner.
