Trained with Teach First in 2014. Currently Lead Teacher of English at Cockburn School, Leeds. Passionate about Teaching and Learning with all aspects of English. Within my role, I am responsible for transition: Y6 to Y7 in English, and I have built up a knowledge of the new SATS and GCSE schemes. This has enabled me to be able to plan forwards from Y6 to Y11, ensuring that vital skills are addressed in KS3. I have also just finished an MA in education, and I am currently completing the Ambition School's Teaching Leaders qualification with NPQML.
