Calendar Activity for Key Stages 2 & 3 Investigate the nets of cubes to create a perpetual calendar. A printable download which can be a independent activity or for group work. Print-friendly Black and white design. No prep (other than printing). An engaging craft activity. ** Includes 3 sections:** investigating nets, number puzzle problem, making the cube. The first 2 sections would be best completed as group work. The making section is best completed independently and has been differentiated: pre-filled templates, blank templates squared paper to create own templates A perfect activity to complete before Christmas or to celebrate the New Year. The date cubes can be used as sealed boxes or with an opening lid for secret storage. Students could make them as gifts for their families and place small trinkets, messages or candy inside. They could also be used as a class calendar and a note about special events or achievements could be popped inside and read at the end of the school year.
