I am a Mauritian (with british passport) currently completing my PGCE secondary at St Mary's university. I have an undergraduate degree in French and Sociology as well as an Honors Degree in Arts specializing in French Languages and Literature. Following that I worked for an environmental consulting firm in Cape Town translating french texts to english texts as well as write reports on Robben Island. I then did a hospitality training in Mauritius and Cape Town at 2 different 5*hotels. I got offered a job at a 5* luxury hotel in South of France for a year to work at the reception and marketing team before heading to the UK to do my PGCE
