[French A2] partitive articles (articles partitifs) : de, de la, du, de l', des...

(0)
In this PDF file (also available in DOCX format), you will find a lesson and an exercise with 18 sentences on the topic of partitive articles (de, de la, du, des). This is an area that is often difficult for foreign learners to tackle. This colorful sheet aims to explain, in a clear and concise way, the rules of French related to these articles. It is preferable that this lesson be supervised by a teacher (for the grammar points but also for the vocabulary used in the text). Below the lesson, you will find an exercise with 18 sentences, inspired by the courses I gave in the association where I work. To make it easier for learners, I have indicated the gender of the nouns used in the sentences (♂= masculine; ♀ = feminine). On the second page is a detailed answer key. The exercise can be modified by you. It is adapted to A2 or even B1 level. You can download the exercise in PDF and DOCX format. An answer key is included. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… We hope you will enjoy this worksheet! [French B1-B2] Transform two texts into "passé composé" (perfect tense)

(0)
Here are two short texts written in the present tense on the subject of work and employment: you will have to transform them into the “passé composé” tense. This exercise is very useful and can be quite complex at times. It will appeal to B1-B2 level learners, as the “passé composé” is an essential French tense to master. In addition, the sentences and verbs used are taken from everyday life: the two texts are therefore very down-to-earth. You can download the exercise in PDF and DOCX format. An answer key is included. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… We hope you will enjoy this worksheet! [French A1] Complete the words (missing letters). Fruits

[French A1] Complete the words (missing letters). Fruits

(0)
This “missing letters” exercise involves finding the missing letters in each word. The words are almost completely written out, and the student will have to find the letter that does not appear. This work is interesting for a playful approach to reading and writing: it is often not easy to break down words. Completing words that are almost entirely written will be a prerequisite for greater autonomy. This exercise is both simple and effective: I have noticed that students like it because it is accessible and complete (for beginners). This is why I have created other exercises of the same type, on different themes. The theme of the worksheet is: fruits. Here are the words to write: poire, raisin, prune, framboise, kaki, myrtille, pomme, grenade, fraise, figue, orange, banane, citron et cerise (pear, grape, plum, raspberry, persimmon, blueberry, apple, pomegranate, strawberry, fig, orange, banana, lemon and cherry). Below each word is a line: the student/learner can copy the word just above it, in order to become familiar with the writing gesture and better memorize the word. These exercises, also known as “hole words”, are downloadable in PDF format and are adapted to the A1.1 and A1 level (equivalent to year 1 and year 2). We hope you will enjoy this worksheet!
