Education-wise, I am now working in a primary school in West London. Before moving to the UK, I was the School-assigned Deputy Assessment Administrative Supervisor, Head of Literacy and Library Studies, Deputy Chairperson of English Language Studies, and the Master Teacher of a school in Hong Kong. I have also been the co-chair of Music Department, supervisor of the IT in Education and Team of Teachers’ Professional Development. In terms of Professional Development, I have been invited to one of the leading institutes of Hong Kong, the Education University of Hong Kong, to share my ideas and thoughts on pedagogy and education in the 21st Century, and also my personal experiences as an educator in a TEDx Talk in 2018.
