In my current position as Head of Science at Al Salam Private School, I have successfully led the department to elevate the school's science rating from 'Good' to 'Very Good,' demonstrating my ability to drive excellence in teaching and learning. As a Biology teacher, I have a strong track record of inspiring students to achieve their full potential, and my role as Year Leader has allowed me to develop and implement effective strategies for student welfare and academic progress.I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment and am eager to contribute my skills and experience to a new role.
