I am, at present, working with GEMS Founders School, Al Mizhar Dubai as IGCSE Physics and Mathematics teacher. I consider myself a facilitator who helps students to connect the existing knowledge with the new knowledge, within the limits of curriculum followed; this developed link ensures for the students to retain concept, hence, at the time of recall they stand better chance to understand what is being asked and how to narrate the answer. An above average student requires guidance and continual monitoring to develop the skill of handling questions that require critical thinking. This then leads the students to achieve spectacular grades.
