School staff often need information about particular students, groups or topics, from a SENCO requiring teacher input for a review, to a head of year exploring a possible bullying issue and a headteacher requesting information before a meeting with parents. The most common approach is to use email, pigeonholes or round robins, which can be complicated and time-consuming to administrate, and can even lead to useful information being missed. School Robins enables staff to effortlessly collate all the relevant information in one place, automatically updated with each new piece of information.

When you have put out an information request, each staff response is automatically collated for each student, group or topic in an easy-to-use and searchable format, which can be printed in a single report for easy reference.
