Timetable 2.0 currently integrates with your MIS or SIS system via Wonde, the UK's leading schools data integration platform, to automatically sync your school data.

Alternatively manual upload of data using an easy to you excel format is available.

Additionally we offer direct sync back of the timetable to Arbor, Bromcom  & Engage We are working to add more MIS integrations in the future.

To create a timetable, you'll need your school's staff, student, room and subject information. This can be imported automatically from your MIS or uploaded manually using our templates. Once your data is in place, you can configure your school structure and generate your first timetable draft.

Before generating a timetable, Timetable 2.0 Essentials runs a series of pre-flight checks to identify any missing or conflicting information. If an issue is found, you'll be shown exactly what needs to be fixed and where to update it. Once resolved, you can generate your timetable again.

Absolutely. You can refine your timetable by locking lessons you're happy with and marking others for the system to optimise. You can then regenerate the timetable as many times as needed until you're satisfied with the result.

Once published, timetables can be shared directly with teachers and students. Recipients receive a personalised link by email that gives them access to their own timetable. This unique link remains the same throughout their entire school journey, so even if the timetable changes, teachers and students will always have access to the most up-to-date view of their day without needing a new link.

Yes. Teacher cover can be created and managed within the published timetable. You can record absences, assign cover teachers and track active, upcoming and completed cover arrangements.

Yes. Timetable 2.0 can accommodate student options and elective subjects, such as GCSE choices. The timetable generator to schedules lessons around individual students' subject selections and helps ensure option subjects are placed without clashes.

Yes. Alongside groups imported from your MIS, you can create custom groups for specific timetabling needs. These can be used to organise students into additional teaching or activity groups where required.

Yes. You can set non-contact time, including PPA, RFF and DOTT allowances, as well as teacher availability and non-working days. The timetable generator takes these requirements into account when building your timetable.

Yes. Timetable 2.0 Essentials allows you to create elective/options classes, sets and custom groupings to support common timetabling structures such as maths sets or GCSE option choices.

Timetable 2.0 Essentials is the first tier of our cloud-based offering, designed for single-campus schools with straightforward timetabling requirements. As we continue to develop the Timetable 2.0 platform, Timetable 2.0 Plus (coming soon) will support schools with more advanced and complex timetabling needs.
