I am extremely proud to be leading Ormiston Bushfield Academy at this exciting time in its development. I am committed to raising the aspirations of students by shaping the future of learning for the young people at the Academy.

At the heart of everything we do is a belief that every young person has the ability to achieve great things, coupled with a desire to provide the highest standards in teaching and learning. I have high expectations of all our students and am dedicated to creating an inclusive Academy where every student can feel safe, enjoy and achieve.

Our state-of-the-art building is an exciting learning environment that our students are proud of. Every student gets the opportunity to explore and learn through new technology that is both inspiring and at the forefront of educational and industry practice.

We also recognise that education is about much more than academic progress. The world into which our young people will emerge will present them with many challenges – and so, through high standards of presentation, behaviour and respect, we are dedicated to helping them develop into well-rounded individuals in all aspects of their lives.

We are a popular academy and we ensure that we get to know each and every one of our students as individuals. I feel strongly that the key to our future success is based on an effective partnership between students, staff, parents and carers.
