(Edexcel) Tourism Lesson 2: Reasons for the growth of tourism.

Students to write down the key idea on the reasons why tourism has grown. Students are introduced to the social, economic and political factors of the growth in tourism and then must colour code the key information into one of the headings. Students are asked to pick out one reason and explain how it has contributed to the increase of tourism, an example is shown so students know how to structure their answer. Students are then to answer an exam question: Outline the social, economic and political reasons for tourist growth. (6)
