8 verbs, 9 tenses - Best Tool to get Spanish Students Conjugating!

This resource can be used for different levels KS3-KS5 as an individual or group task. IT IS GREAT FUN!
It consists of a series of tables for students to fill in in pairs/group/ unders timed conditions/with-without dictionaries to consolidate 8 key verbs in 9 different tenses.

FOR EXAMPLE:
LEVEL 1 includes 5 verbs (TENER/SER/ESTAR/HACER/IR) in 5 tenses (Present, preterite, imperfect, simple future, conditional) with help.
LEVEL 9 includes 8 verbs in 9 tenses with some help.
Includes a PPT and all answers

• There are 9 levels in total (see TEACHER INSTRUCTIONS), and they increase in difficulty
• Irregular verbs are indicated and stem-changing verbs are labelled with a boot to remind students of the pattern.
• Can be used to boost student’s accuracy with tenses or for revision.
• GAME: In groups of 4, students have a whole set of sheets (ie 5 sheets with 5 verbs) -students can only fill in any 10 boxes per sheet and no more. They then have to move on to the next sheet so they work on a range of verbs and tenses. They may continue until all has been completed.
• CAROUSSEL: Show students the PPT so they can either understand their level OR decide which level to go to if used as a carrousel activity.
• Students are allowed to move down a table if they feel their level is too hard or up a table if the level is too low.
• Answer sheets can be used for students to check their answers at the end of the activity.
