Feedback lesson after the Kp test: pupils work on modules matched to their weakest area, then sit a fresh re-check. Includes a delayed check for later.
Lesson 8 of an eight-lesson sequence on Kp, designed to follow the mastery quiz. It opens with a spot-the-error Do Now and a slide showing the class’s results by skill area. Pupils then work on reteach modules matched to their own weakest area rather than the class average, and sit a fresh re-check with new values.
A five-question, ten-mark delayed check is included on the teacher deck for a Do Now two to three weeks later, to test what has stuck.
What’s included: a teacher PowerPoint with answers revealed on click and full speaker notes (timings, what to look for, what each wrong answer means); a pupil PowerPoint with the answers removed; a printable worksheet; a full answer document; and optional independent-study practice with answers. Everything is editable, set in Century Gothic, and every calculation is worked one step to a line.
Specification: AQA A Level Chemistry 7405, 3.1.10 Equilibrium constant Kp for homogeneous systems (A level only). Built for 55-minute lessons; adaptable to other boards that teach Kp.
