Angles, triangles and quadrilateral-unit test

This test ( revision) covers a whole Geometry Unit for year 7.
This can be used as:

• An end of unit test for year 7, ( or revision)

• A review activity for year 8 or year 9
  It covers the learning Objectives:

• Use a protractor to measure and draw angles.

• Angles on a straight line.

• Work out unknown angles when two or more lines cross at a point.

• Describe the line and rotational symmetry of triangles.

• Use properties of a triangle to work out unknown angles. ( interior angles, exterior angles)

• Understand how to prove that a result is true.

• Use the fact that angles of a quadrilateral add up to 360 degrees.

• Solve problems involving quadrilaterals.

• Draw triangles accurately using a ruler and a protractor.

• Draw diagrams to scale.
