Middle Leader Toolkit (Curriculum for Wales)
Level 2 of the Intentional Assessment Framework has been designed specifically for middle leaders seeking greater clarity around conceptual progression, curriculum coherence and sequencing within their AoLE.
This is not an additional monitoring system.
It is a clarity and architecture tool.

This toolkit supports leaders in mapping how concepts deepen over time, identifying gaps and repetition, and strengthening progression without increasing staff workload.
