Useful resource, aimed at KS1 and KS2, for helping to support the need to provide 2 hours of physical activity per week as can be used as a daily boost activity as well as a warm up activity for PE.

A resource that I originally developed after Covid to get children active again but now used for 10 to 15 minute daily boost activity or for warm up activities in PE. The exercises and intensity are picked at random and allow the children to take ownership of what they are doing as they get to choose, using playing cards. Two versions one for younger children and one for older children.
