Crash course in designing a magazine front cover in Photoshop & Indesign

I created this handout to help students with their EDUQAS GCSE Media Studies NEA - creating a front cover for a magazine. When I started teaching this unit, I received no training on how to use PhotoShop / InDesign. I’ve spent hours figuring it out by watching lots of YouTube videos. This handout offers a quick and efficient method for students to create magazine front covers. Hopefully it will save you some time! All the images on the handout are created by me and you can use them in the classroom - but please don’t publish them on line. You may need to edit the handout a little so it fits with your context / task.
