Teacher resources for a 60 minute lesson on types of recklessness in criminal law. Contains a powerpoint and gapfill on recklessness. Suitable for courses at level 3 including A level law, BTEC & law modules on Access to HE . There is a student copy and teacher copy of the gapfill with answers. The worksheet is designed to accompany the Youtube clip on the topic created by e-lawresources and students will need to watch the video to complete the first worksheet and another video to answer the questions. The 5 question starter on the power point relates to mens rea intention. This can be changed if you have not yet studied this topic. The lesson should take approx 60 mins. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slides. In addition to the starter, there are 3 tasks and a plenary.
