Can be used to help children to recognise their emotions and how they can change. You could encourage children to use it when they come into the classroom, after break and then again after lunch - helps the teacher gauge any children that may need some time speaking to you. Make children aware that if they choose angry/sad etc that, as the teacher, you will speak to them as soon as possible e.g. after class input.
