Two easy to navigate powerpoints that link to one of 120 random debate topics covering a range of debate questions fitting the Eduqas, AQA and Edexcel syllabus.

Philosophy unit covers 60 questions including issues of Relationships, Life and Death, Good and Evil and Human Rights. Also includes 60 additional questions covering the beliefs, teaching and practices of both Christianity and Islam.

Each debate is designed to have students line up on opposite sides of the classroom to either agree or disagree. Alternatively teachers can have students write agree / disagree on whiteboards or use hands. This resource will spark debate in your class as a great starter or plenary - or use throughout to break up the lesson. Excellent as a revision tool before exams - why not have students answer as a traditional believer or secularist to further spark debate?
