Gradebook Template (Competency-based)

Tired of tracking your work on paper? Can’t keep up with the calculations by hand? Look no further than this gradebook template!

This gradebook is meant to provide you with the following (adjustable) categories:

• a snapshot section for your list of summative evaluations per term
• a space to track grades for students (by point system and by percentage)
• a summary section to see marks by competency
• a special section in Term 2 to determine their passing* grade for Term 3
• and more!

• passing grade = a grade of 60%

Sections highlighted in blue provide context (either a student’s name or the date an evaluation is given).

Sections highlighted in yellow are to be filled with numbers/data (indicating grades or the total mark for each assignment, e.g. “out of 20”)
