HTML Basics Activity - Computer Lesson on Basic HTML Tags and Coding

A fun project for students to work individually, in pairs or as a class learning the basics of coding web pages in basic HTML. Resource includes step-by-step lesson on creating a basic web page using HTML. Resource files come as MS Word documents and PDF format as well. Answer Key included. A great starting point for students in any middle or high school computer class.

This is also a great activity to leave for your class for when you have a substitute or for students who finish work early or need extra credit.

Includes extra worksheet for the students to circle the mistakes in a coded text file.
