A PowerPoint presentation full lesson that begins with students discussing an academic definition of political conflict and its validity. This is followed by an analysis and discussion of a political cartoon relating to the Rohingya crisis, which is the case study basis for the lesson on identity-based conflict. Students are then tasked with doing research on the Rohingya crisis in order to produce a detailed outline that could be used to answer an IB Global Politics Exam Paper 2 question. The lesson would conclude with a debrief of the outline or it could be submitted for grading as a written task.
