Students practise:

print() - creating and changing variables
- storing text and numbers
- using
input() - displaying personalised messages
- performing a simple calculation
- reading and adapting existing Python code
- testing and improving their programs
Each student activity includes three levels of challenge:
- 1 chilli - a small and clearly guided change
- 2 chillies - a larger adaptation of the program
- 3 chillies - a more independent extension
The activities use the same starter code for all three levels, making it easier to support a mixed-ability class.
