The 5 question starter on the power point relates to the prior lesson in this series on the hierarchy of the courts and law reporting. This can be changed if you have not yet studied this topic. The lesson should take approx 90 mins. There are suggested timings in the powerpoint at the end of the slides. There is a spare starter should you need to split into two lessons. In addition to the starter, there are 3 tasks and a plenary. Printing requirements: 1 A4 sheet double sided per student.
