Language Gym Modelling Activities

I created this resource to use across all of my classes yrs 7-9 when introducing a new sentence builder (Gianfranco Conti Language Gym) as it gives clear instructions for the modelling into awareness building stages of MARSEARS, creates consistency and promotes independent working and gives clear parametres, avoiding too many hands up/the usual questions about equipment/time etc. Includes a task description/objective and instruction, equipment needed, time set and an extension task. Presented in a uniform way, in comic sans and pastel blue background to support pupils with SpLD. There are 8 activities
