Lesson 5 Designing an Animal
This is a continuation of lesson 4, where students are using their knowledge of adaptation to design their own animal for the rainforest. During the lessons their is a peer assessment activity which allows students the chance to develop their ideas after their partners have seen their work. This is a great lesson which can show progress easily as students can respond to their markers feedback quickly. A mark scheme, success criteria and peer assessment sheet are included in this lesson. The lesson ends by explaining why a polar bear could not live in the desert.
