Observations - Time Sample

Includes both a colourful and plain yet clear, simply-laid out ‘time sample’ style observation sheet. With spaces for:

• the time - note the time you do each observation, leaving roughly equal time between each one, e.g. 5 minute intervals
• the area - where has the observation taken place?
• the observation - what can you see happening?
• key observations - after monitoring the same child for the duration, what are the main things to make note of?
• next steps - what can you do next to further the learning?
  as well as a space for the date and observer’s name.
