HOW IT WORKS

1. After you buy, download the PDF from your Tes purchases.
2. Open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview or a browser and type into the boxes, then save. Or print it and write by hand.
3. Fill in contact sheets in September, log every contact the same day and tick off a positive contact for every family each term. On A4 choose ‘fit to page’.

IDEAS FOR USING IT IN CLASS

• September: send the contact sheet home or copy details from your board’s records.
• Before progress reports and interviews: scan the positive contact tracker and call any family you haven’t reached.
• Hard conversations: use the call planner so you start with a strength and end with an agreed next step.
• Team teaching or LTO handover: the logs give the next teacher a clear history.
• Keep one log per class, or one per student for students with extra support needs.

GRADES: Grades K-12. Print and laminate what you reuse; fill in the rest on screen.
