Game works in 3 rounds of 5 ‘battles’. More rules are added with each round to prevent overloading of information. Game is played in pairs but can be in small groups. Each player shows which hand signal they choose. Each hand signal corresponds to a poke ball. Once they have all chosen the ball disappears and the exercise (pokemon) is revealed. Players then battle by racing to complete their exercise the fastest. Cameras need to be on to make this work in breakout rooms. The winner gets 10 points the loser gets 5 points. The do 5 battles with the same partner then bring them back to the main meet introduce a new rule and send them off to battle for round 2 with a different opponent.
