This resource is designed to showcase progress and self assessment throughout a child’s time in Primary school and can be used as a teacher’s assessment tool. I created this especially with COVID-19 in mind. All activities are done without the children touching any equipment and all of the fitness tests are done with social distancing in mind. There are 10 different fitness tests as well as a long distance running test.

This is able to be used from Y1-6 and can be by the same children throughout their Primary life showing their progress as they get older, stronger and fitter.

This will support your subject leadership. I also have a SOW to support this which has 38 weeks worth of fitness circuits to develop children’s fitness in between fitness testing.
