Quick teacher feedback sheet for use in MFL but could be adapted for other subjects.
First two boxes are for teachers to highlight whatever statements are relevant for each student. Third box allows student to highlight what they need to work on. Forth box allows student to write down what help they need from their teacher. Last box allows you to add a date for review and student signature to encourage accountability.
